Leván Media has many years of experience in managing projects for clients from near and far. Based on this experience, we have developed two delivery models to fit your situation. Our project based model is aimed to deliver your project at a fixed price, on a specificied date and exactly as you set out in your specifications. Our dedicated delivery model offers maximum flexibility and direct contact with your developers.

Project delivery model

Leván Media has done many fixed price projects during the past few years. We use a proven delivery model to ensure that your projects are always delivered on time and according to your requirements.

We believe that the most effective projects start with very clear specifications. The next element is the understanding of the specifications by us; if we do not understand something, we will ask what you mean. Communication is vital.

In general, all projects runs smoothly if the customer (you) writes a complete, detailed specification. This way we ensure that the communication line to us is as short as possible. We will evaluate your specifications and open a dialogue about any aspects that might not be clear. If you need input from us for certain parts of the project, we can give you advice for suitable solutions based on our expertise and add such solutions into the specification.

Based on the specification we will make you an offer on the project (fixed price). Once the offer has been signed we start working and you will be involved during the whole project to ensure that the final result meets your demands. Once we have recived the final approval from you we close the project and look forward to working with you on the next one.

Dedicated delivery model

Our dedicated delivery model provides you with the capacity you need, when you need it and for as long as you need it. We can dedicate any number of full time or part time developers to your projects for as long as you need. We can even setup entire teams with specific expertise in very short time to meet your needs.

Part time – focused dedication

You can hire as many professionals as you need for a minimum of only 10 hours per week. You can always add new people to your group if you need and you never risk more capital than 3 months. This solution is suitable for companies who needs continuous work done but don’t require a full time person on staff.

Full time – at your terms

You can hire as many professionals as you need that will work 40 hours per week solely on your projects. You can always add more people to your group if you need and you never risk more capital than 3 months. This solution is suitable for companies who are dependent on reliable professionals any time of the week.

You will recieve your personal Project Manager without extra cost who you can communicate with through modern communication systems such as PM boards, screen sharing and VoIP phonecalls.

How it works in short

  • You hire a designer, programmer or whatever professional you need for the period of minimum 3 months.
  • We will handpick the best suitable professional according to your requirements and send you details about this persons skills.
  • You choose the professional(s) you wish to have working for you.
  • You can choose either part time professionals for a minimum of 10 hours per week or full time professionals that will be dedicated to your projects 40 hours per week.
  • Your maximum investment is always 3 months only.
  • If you wish to exchange a professional during the contract period we will find another person for you without any extra cost.
